The trouble is the gradual decline in government policy and infrastructure that arises from the collective works of individual elitist crettins. If it wasn't for politicians and money power crazyness spurred on by a self perpetuating media propaganda machine then we would have probably solved most of the worlds problems by now.
Take America for example, the worlds first super-power, they had an extremely large responsibility to elevate the rest of the world up to a higher standard when they gained access to technoligical ingenuity and resources unavailable to other nations. Unfortunately however, they completely squandered their resources in a selfish manner which has driven the country into an economic death spiral which has led to invasions of the nations that they should have been helping to develop infrastructure (which means easier access to trading of resources for all nations, better education, lower crime rates, less global poverty and disease etc etc) and so the rest of the world has been dragged down with them and since china is now also trying to become a super-power and consuming the last available resources we have, ( its not that the resources aren't numerous its just the availability of the resources to the world via mining infrastructure etc) and are subsequently making the exact same mistakes we are facing a very dire future which will in my honest opinion lead to the extinction of the human species due to constant destablisation and destruction of resources.

Destablisation leads to social tension, which leads to violence and further squandering and resource investment in useless products that counteract overall species development such as weaponry and running that weaponry.

As the process continues people are destroyed and information lost (as we have seen from the christian crusades and WW2) this means that the probability of valuable technological breakthroughs decreases which slows down the pace of technological advancement and subsequently causes further destabilsation.
I think the fundamental cause of all of these reasons is due to the "competition is good" myth, which although widely believed to be true is obviously not true as nature demonstrates through its highly symbiotic processes and interdependence. Some competition is good i agree but in general its better when people work together to accomplish things (just look at any arms race or the geneome project or look at a hospital or education facility) but unfortunately in this modern era money is the only factor that can motivate large groups of people to co-operate in a constructive manner, and unfortunately money is a double edge sword because of the greed involved and the further distinction it creates between people which reinforces the "competition is good" motivation and creates further destabilisation.

If only America had pioneered the way as they had sought out to do upon founding the country rather than getting completely lost in their own entertainment/consumerist industries.

They fucked it for all of us, it was a collective effort but unless humanity can pull itself out of this destabilisation process then we are all well and truly screwed. Technology MAY advance sufficiently and survive the destabilisation but unfortunately the premise of the elite is now to clamp down on the worlds greatest technological innovation (the internet) which is truly a nationally free/culturally diverse democracy/global infrastructure that no other country could even come close to.

All the information farming these days and advertising just shows that our entertainment/marketing industries are overinflated, it shows that we have too much of a species wide focus on pointless claptrap, we aren't functioning practically as a species and that is what will be our ultimate demise. Im all one for having fun and chilling out and such but we should really be resting on our laurels once things are actually sorted out, not continously as we do.

A lot of people would say money is the problem, but it isn't money that's to blame really, sure it doesn't help but its the VALUES that humanity hold that are to blame, it's our morality thats lacking not our ingenuity.

We are like the story of Atlantis, Technologically advanced enough to solve all our problems, But not Morally advanced enough to utilise that power to do so.

That's what the world really needs, If you actually took money away would there be any Morals?, Would humanity "find a way"? No we wouldn't at present because we lack one fundamental thing:
HUMANITY

When we find that, then we will be human beings.

---

You know if you atually look at scientific statistics on socio-paths you will see that there is a 8% or so of the worlds population that would fall into that category and unfortunately due to their inherent lack of morality it would generally lead to the accumilation of wealth (even through specific families due to genetic pre-disposition and environmental conditioning by the values of their peers.)
So yes, Absolutely, I came to the same conclusion when evaluating the "elite" mindset and i totally agree, they are most probably complete psychopaths, All a bit American Psycho really.

And yes absolutely, they are clamping down on peoples ability to communicate and voice their opinion (without a database letting them know exactly WHO owns that opinion, and everything else.) And the trouble is it will all get the go ahead because of our heirarchical system of leadership and "chain of command", the trouble is the persons steering the ship are COMPLETE NUTCASES that should be banned for life.

The only thing that is going to change things unfortunately is violence, i hate to say it im fundamentally quite a pacifist myself but the nutcase commanders are going to use everything in their power to defend themselves and that includes violence.

I mean look at Hitler, a great example of a sociopathic nutcase leading a country, our trouble is these days we have quite a few sociopaths running the military industrial complex/big pharma industries which is a force much stronger than the german army ever was since its been quietly developing for the past 100 years completely out of sight.

Lo and behold a little down the line these independent arms manufacturing companies are gobbled up into a few global monopolies and they are fundamentally rooted into society, if you remove them you destroy millions of jobs which forces even sane rational people to act in their best interests and defend their own heirarchical industry, its a fucking shambles to be honest.

We should never have NEEDED a military industrial complex, its idiotic that we have one, the military is all the domain of seperate psychopathic governed sects and its completely out of control.

I honestly dont see anything ending well, not unless some external force intervenes.
